Samuel Chandra was born and brought up in Mussoorie. He is a physical education teacher, who understands sports to be integral in a child’s development and learning. His investment in students have led them to get selected in State and National Level teams. He is also a National Football Referee and General secretary of Mussoorie Sports and Culture Association. He is awarded with Uttarakhand Gaurav Ratna award for sports and social activities. He is the state selector of basketball, hockey and football. State secretary of Seve Mussoorie alliance who provides training on disaster and environment.
He joined KEEN because he wants garbage free and beautiful Mussoorie.
